• To process and verify your payment — Your UPI transaction ID is used to confirm that payment has been received before releasing your product
• To provide customer support — If you contact us on WhatsApp or email, we use your contact details to respond to your query
• To improve our services — Anonymous usage data from Google Analytics helps us understand which features are most useful
• To send order confirmations — After a successful order, we may send a confirmation message via WhatsApp

We do NOT use your information for: targeted advertising, selling to third parties, sending unsolicited promotional messages, or any purpose beyond delivering your order and providing support.

• Children's photos uploaded for label creation are processed entirely within the user's browser and are NOT transmitted to or stored on our servers

• Google Apps Script: Order details (name, school, class, transaction ID) are submitted to a Google Apps Script backend to log orders and trigger PDF delivery via email. This data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to DJ Groups
• WhatsApp: When you contact us or we deliver your product via WhatsApp, that communication is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal processes

• Order data stored in Google Sheets is protected by Google's security infrastructure and accessible only to authorised DJ Groups personnel
